Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and deviations from quality standards.
• Identify Critical to Quality conditions on parts
• Maintain and analyze quality assurance documentation and metrics.
• Maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex product quality issues with the support of other team members
• Monitor operations affecting product quality and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Provide training and support to production teams on quality standards and testing methods.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing quality role (typically 1-3 years).
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, tools, and legal standards.
• Proficiency in using measurement and testing devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to details
• Familiarity with statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician) is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing floor setting with potential exposure to noise, machinery, and safety protocols.
• May require use of protective equipment and adherence to strict safety guidelines.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURS

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Some overtime is expected.
