Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect products (in process and finished goods) and document findings as required.
- Support plant personnel on daily quality concerns/risks and effectively communicate concerns to all applicable personnel and leadership.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all proper personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, following Menasha Values of Safety, Quality and Productivity (always and in that order).
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software.
- Willing to work alternate shifts as needed and be familiar with all job tasks in the department.
- Support Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience Required:
- 6-month quality experience or equivalent mfg. experience
Education Required:
- Hight School Diploma or equivalent
