Position Overview:
As the QA Analyst of the Quality Assurance team, responsibilities include, developing and executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. Creating test plans and test cases. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process. Investigate customer complaints and product issues. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Performs other duties as assigned.
What you'll do:
As a QA Analyst of the newly established Quality Assurance team, responsibilities of this position include:
Build and maintain a comprehensive backlog of automated quality test cases that fit both standard practice and code coverage.
Review and improve automation frameworks and tech stacks on a regular cadence to ensure the most efficient automated technologies are in use.
Document automation architecture and process flows for the organization.
Participate or lead meetings as projects identify new QA testing efforts.
Develop and maintain traceability testing matrix; lead effort to establish or optimize test environments; develop, enhance and execute manual test cases; work with technology partners to automate testing where possible; communicate testing progress, results, and other information to stakeholders.
Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned, related to the broader bank products and services.
Depending on application usage, scheduled releases require evening and weekend testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Financial services testing experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Analyst or Tester
Good understanding of testing methodologies and testing processes.
Understands software development life cycle process and various testing techniques including a proficiency in system testing.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive structure and inform the stand-up of procedures and processes, drive project tasks and follow-up with urgency and to closure.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks, Accelq preferred

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
