The "Quality Analyst" Plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of ISO 9001 related requirements and other quality programs. Plans and coordinates internal process audits and ensures optimization of the corrective action system within the operation and with external customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates activities within the organization to hold up ISO 9001 requirements.
- Oversees plant LPA schedule and conducts internal audits & process audits.
- Coordinates the corrective action system, driving internal and external issue resolution.
- Coordinates the customer satisfaction program, SCARS research and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality engineers to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards .
- Serves as customer liaison for the quality function.
- Reviews FAI and PPAP for accuracy and conformant to requirements
- Assists quality engineers and quality department to meet ISO requirements
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- QMS, FMEA and manufacturing background
