Position Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Activities Aide to join our Life Enrichment team. This role is perfect for someone energetic, creative, and compassionate who enjoys working with older adults. You will help plan and lead activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and overall well-being for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of group and one-on-one activities.
• Lead or co-lead activities such as arts & crafts, games, music sessions, trivia, exercise classes, movie nights, and holiday events.
• Encourage resident participation and tailor activities to meet various physical and cognitive abilities.
• Assist with decorating, transporting residents to/from activity areas, and preparing materials.
• Maintain activity attendance records and support documentation requirements.
• Help create a warm, inclusive environment that fosters joy, dignity, and connection.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living setting is preferred but not required.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.

• Part-Time position — approx. 15-25 hours/week
• Some weekend and holiday shifts required (rotating basis)
• Starting pay: $15/hour, based on experience
