What You'll Do

- Delivering individual and group therapy
- Supporting crisis intervention and treatment planning
- Collaborating with clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes

- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychotic Symptoms
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Are you unlicensed and looking to complete your post-doctoral hours?
DSH provides supervised clinical hours for unlicensed psychologists working toward licensure—helping you gain valuable experience while contributing to meaningful patient care.

LEAP Process Overview:
- Create a CalCareers Account.
- Get LEAP certified through the California Department of Rehabilitation.
- Take a LEAP MQ Assessment for the classification(s) you are interested in via the Exam Bulletins.
- Apply for vacant positions.
- Participate in an interview process and demonstrate that you are the most qualified person for the job.
- If selected, complete a Job Examination Period (JEP).
- Upon a successful completion of the JEP, you’re hired!
