Position Details

The role involves overseeing the overall project/product management of Rakuten Point (Online), leading the stable operation and maintenance of the service. The primary focus is on maintaining the value of existing features while improving operational efficiency and resolving issues.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Managing issues, schedules, and deliverables to ensure the stable operation of the service

- Project management for system operations and maintenance

- Handling and coordinating inquiries from the business side

- Promoting operational efficiency and driving issue resolution

- General operational tasks related to post-release service maintenance

The systems cover a wide range of stakeholders, from consumer-facing to store-facing systems, requiring a broad perspective and coordination.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in project management

- Ability to communicate and share information effectively with stakeholders

- Ability to collaborate smoothly with engineers and other stakeholders to advance development and operations

- Proactive and responsible attitude

- Teamwork-oriented mindset

Desired Qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience in project management for web services development

- Experience in KPI management

- Experience in developing web services as an engineer

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to understand existing processes and actively

promote improvements and efficiency

- Experience in post-release service maintenance and operations
