About the Role
As a Project Manager for Class CrunchLabs, you will report into the Head of Education and own the end-to-end management of curriculum development projects. You will define project scope, establish clear milestones and timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track to deliver high-quality curriculum content on schedule and within budget.
Your role will be central to coordinating between curriculum developers, subject matter experts, product designers, and external partners—building efficient workflows, troubleshooting roadblocks, and continuously improving processes. Resource & Documentation Management: Allocate and optimize use of human, financial, and material resources to meet project goals. Design and maintain a well-organized, accessible Google Drive structure to ensure seamless documentation sharing across teams.
Budget Oversight: Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring all activities remain financially on track.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external organizational partners. Clearly communicate project status, issues, and timelines to all stakeholders. Clarify decision-making authority for tasks and escalate when necessary.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify potential obstacles and bottlenecks in curriculum development workflows and implement effective solutions. Adapt plans flexibly to accommodate the iterative nature of content and video creation.
Quality Assurance: Establish and oversee systems for stakeholder reviews and sign-offs to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in fast-paced and start-up environments, communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, and fosters a culture of joyful excellence and accountability through standardized management practices. They demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, enabling them to build trust, navigate complexity, and lead with clarity and empathy.
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred, and a project management certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in education, curriculum development, or media production.
Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
