This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation in fiber or DWDM technologies and a passion for project management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, becoming a subject matter expert and trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) and external vendors (data centers, fiber contractors).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer communications.
• Host weekly customer meetings and provide progress updates.
• Use internal systems for order tracking and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold service quality standards.

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of project management experience in telecom or related fields.
• Familiarity with dark fiber, DWDM, or data center operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
