Overview: The Project Manager leads ERP (Odoo) implementations and upgrades, managing timelines, resources, and risks across business functions. They ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous project improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Define project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with the COO and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of project goals with overall organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and other external vendors during project execution.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Conduct regular status meetings and update reports to ensure all parties are well-informed on project timelines, progress, and challenges

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality early in the project lifecycle.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks, ensuring that projects stay on track.
• Resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on the project's outcome.

Client Interaction and Satisfaction:

• Ensure that client requirements are accurately captured and translated into project deliverables.
• Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure project goals meet or exceed client expectations, delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Odoo ERP certification or experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
• 3 - 5 years of project management experience in ERP systems, specifically with Odoo applications.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid - Maadi
