We are seeking a Project Manager based in Tokyo (hybrid working) to lead and deliver innovative projects across the APAC region and beyond.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, managing risks, and driving successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for simple to medium complexity studies.
- Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects, managing communication cadence and content.
- Ensure delivery meets timelines, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Handle client escalations, identify risks, and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor and report project status, budgets, and resource needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project milestones.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin, and English
- Experience in Project Management (preferably in software, tech, or life sciences).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Confident presenting to diverse audiences.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
Desirable:
- Background in pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences industries.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of GCP principles.
