Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Partner is responsible for managing partnerships focused on assigned market(s) and/or program(s). Engagement will be at the national level with implementation at regional level with a focus on providing superior partnership service and results that save lives.
Assigned market:
NMDP's Campus Chapter program with a target recruitment audience of 18-24 years olds with focus on campuses with high African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander student enrollment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Program Management:
- Organize, track and perform one-to-one communication campaigns through all available communication channels (phone, email, text) to various audiences, as assigned by leader to engage constituents.
- Identify and research future opportunities within assigned market and elevate to supervisor for vetting within assigned market.
- Assist in pitching, closing and managing approved Chapters.
- Maximize impact within scope of budget and human resources building upon volunteer network
- Act as subject matter expert to internal and external parties for assigned market.
- Act as relationship manager on assigned market to related contacts.
- Assume all program and operational management of assigned market including, but not limited to, lead management; training facilitation; meeting facilitation competition tracking reporting results and creating annual reports.
- Professionally represent NMDP at approved conferences and conventions, both virtually and in person
- Accountable to data driven KPIs including but not limited to registry members recruited per initiative, renewal/retention rate within target market etc.
- Responsible for assigned market impact reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support needs of the assigned market team under the direction of leader.
- Track and manage budget assigned to initiatives, with approval.
- Provide input to leader, and collaboration with team, on strategic planning and execute upon plan operationally.
- Collaborate through leader with MDPO marketing business partner in support of measurable marketing strategies and communication plans that support the growth and development of assigned market and partnerships.
- Collaborate with peer team to provide one NMDP voice and Chapter experience in market
- Anticipate and execute on the needs for internal and external stakeholders erring on the side of overcommunication and transparency
- Identify and act upon operational inefficiencies, escalating to peer team and leader
- Responsible for utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to capture Chapter activity, create campaigns and monitor campaigns created by team members, and Looker to track Chapter results.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Expertise working with and through diverse audiences including but not limited to diverse audiences: ethnicity, faith, gender and sexual orientation.

- Track assigned partnerships through data and systems such as Salesforce, Looker and Donor Drive
- Utilize various software and communication platforms necessary for partner management (SharePoint, FirstUp, DigiDeck, Canva, etc.)
- Simultaneously manage multiple partnerships/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive in and prefer a highly collaborative environment
- Communicate effectively to multiple audiences through multiple channels
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, education or closely related field or 5+ years subject matter expertise in cellular therapy recruitment, or other related field such as blood recruitment
- Working with clients or leaders from multiple backgrounds and disciplines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with NMDP partnerships, programs and/or initiatives.
- Background communicating effectively with targeted partnership populations areas such as: presentations, conferences, classrooms and volunteerism
- Professional connections into assigned market
- Experience creating, maintaining and revitalizing partnerships
TRAVEL: 5-10% may require travel at leader's discretion.Responsibilities
