Position Summary

Our Production Associates work on the fabrication of steel to be used in the construction of solar panel mounting systems.

Shifts Available:

• First Shift, 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to form steel products.
• Lift, bend, and squat while handling steel.
• Assemble products with hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints to ensure correct assembly.
• Enter product information into the ERP system.
• Measure and quality-check finished products.
• Perform maintenance on machinery.
• Exchange or repair machine parts as needed.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Inspect raw materials for quality.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Perform additional duties as needed to cover absences or balance workloads.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years in manufacturing (heavy machinery preferred).
• 2 years of forklift experience (propane preferred).
• 1 year of basic ERP data entry experience.

Technical Requirements:

• Ability to measure accurately to 1/32".
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
• Effective communication skills with coworkers and managers.

Physical Requirements

• Able to squat, bend and lift up to 65 lbs. without assistance.
• Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and to walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in dynamic, non-climate-controlled facility with fluctuations in temperature.

• Environment: Warehouse (not climate controlled)
