IntelliTrans, (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team hybrid in Atlanta, GA or Conway, Arkansas.
Job Summary: IntelliTrans provides multi-modal transportation management solutions for rail, truck freight with specialization in freight visibility, shipment execution, and analytics. We stand out with expertise in bulk and break-bulk shipping and real-time freight tracking and our solutions combine technology and deep logistics experience, serving industries like manufacturing, agriculture, energy, and chemicals. We are seeking a strategic, highly organized Product Operations Manager to optimize operations for our product management team and drive cross functional alignment. This role ensures operational excellence across the product organization, streamlines prioritization processes, facilitates team ceremonies, and maintains transparent communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to drive process improvements and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Team Operations & Process Optimization Design and implement scalable operational processes for the product management team across planning, execution, and delivery cycles · Facilitate and optimize team ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning, and quarterly business reviews · Maintain and evolve product management frameworks, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and reduce operational overhead
- Prioritization Framework & Portfolio Management Own and evolve the product prioritization framework, ensuring transparent, data-driven decision-making processes · Partner with Product Managers to implement standardized intake, evaluation, and prioritization methodologies (RICE, Value vs. Effort, etc.) · Manage the product backlog pipeline, ensuring proper documentation, stakeholder alignment, and capacity planning · Facilitate quarterly portfolio reviews and strategic planning sessions with leadership team
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management Serve as the operational liaison between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive leadership · Establish and maintain communication cadences, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into product priorities, timelines, and decisions · Design and implement stakeholder feedback loops and escalation processes to ensure customer and business needs are captured effectively · Create audience-specific reporting and dashboards to communicate product progress and outcomes across the organization
- Data Analytics & Performance Tracking Build and maintain product analytics dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance measurement systems · Synthesize product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decisions · Support product experimentation and A/B testing initiatives with proper tracking and analysis frameworks · Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making speed
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Product Ops or Product Management certification (Product-Led Alliance, CPM, SAFe) is a plus
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or business operations in SaaS or B2B enterprise software environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing cross-functional processes and operational frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and facilitating alignment across diverse teams
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product development
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in product management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and product analytics platforms
- Data analysis capabilities: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), SQL knowledge preferred
- Documentation and process management: Expertise in creating scalable templates, frameworks, and operational procedures
- Advanced communication skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities with experience managing executive-level communications
Preferred Experience:
- B2B enterprise software experience with complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
- Supply chain or logistics industry knowledge with understanding of transportation management systems
- Process optimization expertise with demonstrated success improving team efficiency and reducing operational friction
- Change management experience leading org transformation and cultural initiatives
