Job Description

As a SaaS Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of cloud-based SaaS solutions for the aviation industry. You'll oversee integration with aircraft systems, drive product innovation through market insights, ensure compliance with global standards, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features that shape the future of flight.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite - Bogotá and Medellin

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for cloud-based SaaS solutions
• Manage the integration of ad-serving, product recommendations, and aircraft service tools
• Oversee the development of cloud systems integrated with aircraft hardware under intermittent connectivity
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to refine features
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws and airline industry regulations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features
• Optimize database design and system performance with development teams
• Align technical and non-technical stakeholders for seamless execution
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for product adoption and performance
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based services, ideally in advertising, marketing, or AI/ML applications
• Experience in the airline industry is a plus
• Strong background in product management, including roadmap development and execution
• Deep understanding of database design, data strategy, and data privacy laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
