We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ultrasound product manager to join our Ultrasound team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical products and equipment, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to achieving sales excellence.

The Medical Outdoor Product manager will focus on visiting healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices to promote and sell our medical products. This role also involves building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations, and conducting engaging sales presentations.

Presently, the Middle East and Africa Subsidiary encompasses Imaging, Healthcare, Graphic, and Industrial divisions. Operating within a dynamic and challenging business landscape, the company continually identifies new opportunities across the region.

Responsibilities

- As a Regional product Manager for Ultrasound business, will be responsible for overseeing order & sales for Ultrasound for Egypt and some other African countries. You will collaborate with a team of sales personnel, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve order & sales targets, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Promote and sell Fujifilm's ultrasound medical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Train & assist channel partners' teams, providing ongoing sales and application training and support to drive individual and team success.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the Ultrasound division.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Proactively generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities within the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

We will make sure that you will have a good understanding of our medical products, its workflow and the corporate dynamics of Fujifilm. You will be working closely with our team across the division, and support in generating footprints of events, product launch events, seminars and training.

Required skills/abilities

-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, life sciences).
-Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in ultrasound or imaging technology.
-Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare landscape.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Preferred experience and qualifications

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Data-driven approach to decision-making.
-Knowledge of distribution models and channels.
-Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data related tools and knowledge of Power BI an advantage.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is a seasoned specialist, typically requires five years of experience in the field of product development and has specific product and industry knowledge.This Product Manager's role is essential to the effective introduction of new products and general product performance for our customers. Management of the full range of products in this sector, covering all aspects required to help grow a profitable business. Works closely together with the Marketing, Service, Operational Departments along with Subsidiaries and Distributors to help achieve company budgets. Effective timely communication and delegation of task with clear leadership is paramount.
