Your Tasks

• Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market demands
• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and releases based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product development teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to execute on the product roadmap efficiently and effectively
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to make informed product decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Use data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and revenue growth

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager (m/f/d) with a track record of successfully bringing products to market
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills
