Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)

This includes the following functions:
1) Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications Documentation
2) Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:
-Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
-Partial capital repayment
-Repricing of loans
-Bridging Loans, etc.
3) Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.
