• Horizon Family Healthcare (Hermitage, PA)
• Horizon Family Medicine (Hermitage, PA)
• Renaissance Family Practice- Aspinwall (Aspinwall, PA)
• Renaissance Family Practice- Penn Hills (Penn Hills, PA)
• Valley Family Medicine (Lower Burrell and Natrona Heights, PA)

Job Requirements:

- Medical Degree (MD/DO)

- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion

- Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)

- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License

- DEA certification
