Position Highlights:

Concierge Style Care
Outpatient primary care with a 400-patient panel maximum
Plenty of time with patients, value based care vs RVU production based care
10,000 sq. ft. modern center equipped with labs, EKG, and echocardiograms
Comprehensive care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and outreach specialists
Athena EMR built for value-based care
Ongoing training and support in population health and value-based medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base salary
First Year Earnings (Salary plus bonuses/incentives) = $315k - $335k
Sign-on bonus
25 PTO days, 5 CME days, 9 holidays (2 floating)
Medical, dental, and vision coverage 
Short- and long-term disability fully paid
Life insurance at one year’s base salary
Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M with tail included

Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
