Full-Time Podiatrist – Associate Position
Optima Foot and Ankle | Bend, OR

Optima Foot and Ankle, a well-established private practice with locations in Bend, Redmond, and Prineville, is seeking a full-time podiatrist to join our practice. Must be BE/BQ in Foot Surgery. Anticipated start date January 1, 2026.

Practice Highlights
      3-doctor practice with 2 certified nail technicians

      Private practice setting – no hospital work

      Rotating office call only, no regular weekends

      EMR: eClinical Works

      Advanced treatment options: Lunula Laser, Calmare Scrambler, Erchonia FX 635 Laser, SWIFT Wart Therapy, PRP

Compensation & Benefits
      $200,000 guaranteed first year or 40% of receivables (whichever is greater)

      100% employer-paid Health/Dental/Vision Insurance

      Malpractice coverage

      401(k) with 4% match

      Paid Association Board Dues
