We are looking for a PMO Manager (m/f/d) International Trade.
This position can be filled in any country in Europe where PHOENIX is represented, preferably in Germany, Austria, Danmark, France or the United Kingdom.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Partner with the Director of International Trading to develop and execute the Group strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and manage key strategic projects within International Trading, ensuring robust governance processes and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, in collaboration with local PHOENIX countries.
- Develop and consolidate project reports and presentations for leadership review, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between project priorities and strategic objectives with HQ and local countries, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Support resource allocation planning and monitoring across projects, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency to achieve project goals.
- Streamline PMO tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
- Design and facilitate workshops for the International Trading team and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate leadership by confidently guiding international colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience working within a larger consulting firm is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and can-do mentality is essential, with a proven ability to create and manage comprehensive projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration and relationship building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective project management and reporting; experience in PowerBI and Dynamics CRM system is a plus.
- Financial background and/or experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, providing valuable industry insights.
- A curious mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English .
