• You are passionate about being a physio who provides more than just symptom relief. Instead you identify the cause(s) of the problem and deliver a treatment plan that addresses those causes, helping people not only enjoy meaningful activities again but with a focus on long term benefits. This includes addressing the causes right through high level rehab to prevention/performance building. Through this journey you use a mix of manual therapy, progressive exercises and specific advice.

• We will work with you to identify and/or support development of your area of interest and maximise you ability to attract your ideal client. For early career therapists, we will provide a structured and thorough new graduate program to develop the foundations of a successful career.
  
  
• High level professional development support includes regular in services including external presenters and courses, regular mentoring and access to the RDWA health workforce scholarship program which provides opportunity to apply for up to a total of $10,000 annually for professional development for individuals who work in our region.

This position is full time with part-time negotiable for the right candidate.
