KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments with clients
- Developing hands-on interventions including therapy, exercise, balance and mobility training.
- Implementing and track individualised treatment plans and intervention to facilitate improved health, wellbeing and independence.
- Collaborate with other allied health, clinicians and care staff to ensure client care is holistic and effective.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, progress notes, and care plan reviews in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide health literacy education to families and staff specific to reablement and wellness.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is not just technically skilled, but brings energy, heart and initiative to the role.
Essential to this role:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Driver’s license
- Police and NDIS worker screening clearance
Desirable but not essential for this position are experience in aged care, community health, or rehabilitation sector, and an understanding of aged care funding, regulations and quality standards.

More about this role:
- While initial in-home community care position, we see growing opportunity to extend our physiotherapy service over several different setting
- The successful candidate will start at 3 days per week, but we see opportunity to extend this with increased service demand
