(Morgantown, WV) West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Surgery, Division of Trauma, Acute Care Surgery, and Critical Care seek a full time Trauma Surgeon.

- In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
The WVU Critical Care & Trauma Institute is the region’s only nationally certified Level 1 adult and level 2 pediatric trauma center, one of only 100 American College of Surgeons Nationally-Verified Level 1 Trauma Centers in the entire United States
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license
- General Surgery residency program, as well as a critical care/trauma/acute care surgery fellowship program
- Board certified / eligible in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and be eligible for board subspecialty at the time of appointment
