Position Highlights
- Join a collaborative ENT team of 2 physicians and 3 experienced PAs
- Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, with no weekend clinic
- Call: 1:4, telephone-only (no overnight hospital coverage)
- Transition-to-ENT training provided for motivated candidates new to otolaryngology
- Access to sub-specialists and referral resources through Albany Medical Center
- System-wide Epic EMR for seamless patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $135,886 base + productivity bonus

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused PA who thrives in a team environment.
- Required:
- NCCPA certification
- Eligibility for New York State licensure
- Commitment to high-quality, collaborative patient care
- Preferred:
- Prior ENT, surgical, or procedural experience
- Familiarity with Epic EMR
- Strong communication skills for patient education and care coordination
