• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to our residents
• Create customized care plans and adjust as needed for progress
• Work closely with nursing, rehab, and support staff in a team-focused environment
• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Help patients reclaim mobility, confidence, and quality of life
