Description: This is a 8-hour shift 5 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 08:00-16:30 total of 40 hours per week. . Physical Therapist with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly pay rate for this position is $52.41/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $37.58/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr. *Work Location - 901 Davidson St. N.W, Elkader, IA, 52043.Rate: $52.41 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
- Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family.
- Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
- Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
- PT with SNF experience needed Some holidays and one weekend a month
