Your Impact:
As a Physical Therapist at Napa Valley Care Center, you will:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
Qualifications:
- Current California PT license in good standing
- Experience in post-acute/skilled nursing setting preferred, but new grads welcome
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Compassion and dedication to enhancing residents' quality of life
