🏋️ What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents' physical therapy needs and create customized care plans
- Lead therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other rehab team members
- Educate residents and families on continued mobility practices
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- A genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest
