Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Pay: $45 to $50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in regaining mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and track resident progress
- Work closely with therapists, nurses, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation per state and facility guidelines
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
