About You:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for pelvic and women’s health who is committed to continuous growth in their career. Whether you're earlier in your pelvic health journey or a seasoned physiotherapist, we offer a mentoring program that adapts to your needs.
Please note that although SPC provides a range of pelvic services spanning women’s, men’s & kid’s health if you’re looking for a women’s health role only that’s OK as this is our main patient demographic.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Essential:
- AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum of 3 years’ physiotherapy experience, with at least 1 year in private practice
- Proven capability in pelvic and/or women’s health
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
- Patient-centred, with a focus on clinical outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Desirable:
- Postgraduate pelvic/women’s health qualifications
- Experience or interest in treating men’s and/or children’s pelvic health
- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise therapy
- Willingness to teach Pilates or run educational seminars

- Remuneration: Above-market salary, based on experience
- Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
- Duration: 3-year commitment for the Pelvic Health Training + Mentoring Program. The role is a permanent position and will extend beyond this.
