• Part-time schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday only

Practice Setting

• Level 1 trauma center
• Mix of clinic and OR days
• Support from one APP
• EPIC EMR

Schedule

• Monday: ½ day clinic
• Tuesday: Full day OR
• Thursday: Full day clinic
• On-call coverage also required

Cases and Procedures

• Surgical cases required
• Pediatric urology only
• Minimum 6 patients per half-day clinic session

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Urology
• Active Vermont license or IMLC LOQ
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
