About Us:

We are a small, well-established private physiotherapy clinic that has been caring for our local community for over 40 years. Located in a leafy Northern Beaches suburb, our clinic is part of a quiet commercial/residential complex alongside a GP practice and a café, with plenty of free parking for staff and patients.

We see a predominantly private musculoskeletal caseload and pride ourselves on our strong referral relationships with local GPs and specialists. Our environment is supportive, friendly, and low-pressure—perfect for a physiotherapist who values autonomy, flexibility, and great patient outcomes.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, empathetic physiotherapist to join our team 2–3 days per week (15–24 hours), with flexible scheduling and scope to increase hours as the caseload builds. School hours can be accommodated.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong manual therapy skills
Confident in exercise prescription and patient education
Friendly, empathic, and results-driven
Able to work independently while being a team player
Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term rapport with clients
Looking for a long-term opportunity with flexibility and autonomy

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years MSK experience (less for the right candidate)
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
Professional indemnity insurance
SIRA registration (or willingness to obtain)
Currently living in Sydney (or willing to relocate)
