Description

• Greets members and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Assist members and guests on the driving range and all practice areas
• Transport guests and their clubs to and from the valet area or their cars.
• Maintains the following areas in a neat, clean and orderly manner: The cart room (both inside and outside), the practice facility, valet and parking.
• Loads members' and guests' clubs and cleans the clubs when finished playing.
• Ensures that carts are available for player use at all times, the cart is clean, divot mix bottles full, water bottles in cart coolers and a scorecard for the course they are playing on the card holder
• Works closely with Golf Shop and Tournament staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments.
• Reports any cart problems / damage to supervisor or Pro Shop staff in a timely manner.
• Reports any areas that need attention or broken items to the supervisor immediately
• Cleans and returns rental sets immediately upon completion of guest play
• Assists with delivered items.
• Projects a positive and professional image.
• Leadership - Maintains a positive, upbeat role in the Company. Promotes and exemplifies Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers.
• Customer Service - Follows up on complaints, questions, and concerns that come to the department; responds to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. Develops and promotes teamwork and cooperation among fellow employees and managers. Shows an appropriate sense of urgency in completing work and addressing the needs of others.
• Incumbent must be flexible to changing policies and procedures, as well as varying deadlines.
