Position Overview
The Outside Service Manager leads all aspects of outside golf operations and manages a team of 15-25 seasonal staff. This role plays a vital part in delivering a premier member and guest experience from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will join a team committed to continuous improvement and operational cohesion.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• Golf operations or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with high service standards
• Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays, as this role requires consistent presence during peak golf operations throughout the season.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule outside service staff
• Oversee the following:
• Bag handling and storage
• Driving range/Practice facilities operations
• Golf cart fleet management (staging, cleaning, maintenance)
• Bag room organization and club cleaning
• Valet and curbside services during peak periods
• Demonstrate pride in team leadership by fostering accountability and developing sustainable, high-performing operational systems
• Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced seasonal setting
• Collaborate with the Head Golf Professional to manage the arrival/departure experience
• Foster professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork daily
