A nationally recognized health system located in the heart of San Diego, CA is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician. Join a team of other primary care physicians who practice in brand new, start-of-the-art clinical space.

The practice has 8 practice sites across the greater San Diego area making it easy to find a great practice location close to home.

Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, and comprehensive benefits including a defined pension plan.

The Position:
• 4 Day Work Week Available
• Base Salary Range - $289,000 to $322,000 based on experience
• Proven Income Potential over $350,000 via wRVU incentives
• 36 Hours Clinical time per Week | 4 Hours of Administrative time per week
• New Patients Appointments - 40 minutes | Follow-Up Patient Appointments - 20 minutes
• 18 - 20 patients per day
