Join an Outpatient Family Medicine practice alongside 2 FM physicians and 4 FNP's just an hour north of Redding, in an area that is surrounded by mountains and has the "cleanest water on earth".

There is an option for a leadership role for experienced candidates as the current CMO is nearing retirement.

The Position:
• 100% outpatient, work alongside 2 physicians and 4 NP's
• 4 day work week: Mon-Thurs schedule
• Average patient volume of 12-14 PPD
• Option for leadership role for experienced candidates - 3 clinic days, 1 admin day
• No Visa support

Compensation:
• Base Salary up to $300,000
• Sign-on Bonus of $100,000, NHSC eligible
• Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 25 days PTO, CME, Relocation assistance
