Missions

Are you our future VIE ?

You will join our Organization Team which is in charge of a wide range of transversal tasks in the bank. It is a project-based team covering transversal projects, bank innovation strategy and implementation, workflow optimization, core banking system enhancement etc.

It also have some specialized tasks :
• To ensure that Japan's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) covers key business process through documentation, implementation and testing
• To ensure the Information Security guidelines of the group are well implemented and assist on the related controls and administration
• To assist on transverse missions and projects based on Head Office/ COO's request.

The VIE will also handle specific French-language tasks, such as communicating with the HO teams, translating French documents from the group, and attending meetings with French stakeholders or vendors.

To be eligible for a VIE:

• Be less than 28 years old
• Be graduated of Master Degree
• Be EU citizen

Are you our future VIE ?

You are postgraduate from an University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specialization in Project Management, IT Security or Audit.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

A first experience in Project Management, Audit or IT Security will be appreciated.

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills :

• Knowledge of Business Continuity Plan management is a plus ;
• Fully computer literate ;
• Excellent in use of Microsoft office tools ;
• Fluent French and English ;
• Proficiency in Japanese is favorable.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Good analytic and execution skills, attention to details.
• Autonomous (Results oriented, self-motivated, take initiative)
