Hours: This is a part-time position, working 30 hours a week.
Organizational Summary:
The Department of Psychology houses 35 tenure-earning faculty, 8 staff members, numerous full and part time instructors and researchers, an undergraduate program that serves over 2,500 declared majors, an active graduate program with three areas of concentration and over 120 graduate students. In addition to the business office, there is also a fully operational clinic (Psychological Services Clinic), and academic advising. The Department of Psychology is a research intensive department with $17 million in grants and a departmental budget of $3 million.
This is a temporary position with the option of renewal at the end of the contract.This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of experience in an office or administrative support position. College or other relevant post-secondary coursework may substitute for the experience requirement on a year for year basis.
