Occupational Therapist (OT) - Napa Valley Care CenterLocation: Napa, CA
Pay: $60 to $70 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available
Napa Valley Care Center is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our dedicated rehab team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide treatment to improve daily living and self-care abilities
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and therapy team members
- Document treatment sessions and progress per facility and state guidelines
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers to support recovery
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Team-oriented and compassionate with strong communication skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
