Cheltenham: Early career Speech Pathologist (New Grads welcome!)
We’re on the lookout for warm, motivated, and curious early-career therapists to join our talented paediatric teams in Cheltenham (VIC). About the Role:
Location: Cheltenham, VIC.
Type: Permanent Part-Time (4+ days) or Full-Time – 30 to 38 hrs/week, Mon–Fri

Applications are open now — start date immediately but there is some flexibility for the right candidate.
Pay: $75,000 -$100,000 per year (plus superannuation, PD allowance, training) - commensurate with experience, training, skills.
Requirements
In these clinical roles, you’ll:
Deliver meaningful, play-based therapy to children and families
Collaborate with and learn from mentors and experienced team members
Participate in regular supervision, peer mentoring and team case discussions
Gain exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations and support needs
Be part of a team that loves sharing knowledge, resources and laughs!
We offer structured onboarding, plus regular 1:1 and group supervision to help you build skills and feel steady on your feet as a new clinician.
What we are looking for:
Speech Pathology (SPA) Membership (or eligibility upon graduation)
Passion for supporting children and families
Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow with support
Strong values around teamwork, ethics, and kindness
Some experience (even through placements) with paediatrics or the NDIS is great – we’ll help you build the rest!
You must be eligible to work in Australia permanently
