About the role

You will provide a caring and personalised treatment approach to a diverse range of clients. Your clients will be mainly private and some are participants in Home Care Packages or NDIS.  We offer flexibility for you to choose your hours to best suit your lifestyle and your family and your home life. Manage your own schedule and complete your reports and clinical admin from home for greater flexibility. 

There is a unique opportunity for a joint position if preferred – split your time with a well-respected musculoskeletal private practice in Hurstville to diversify your skills and broaden your career options.

This is a perfect role for someone wanting to find the right balance with childcare or school hours, transitioning skills to a new environment, considering a new challenge or some extra hours.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Deliver patient-centered physiotherapy in client’s own home.
• Provide a musculoskeletal approach and exercise rehabilitation for injuries, pre and post surgery, neurological disorders and disabilities.
• Offer rehabilitation for healthy ageing to maintain confident, independent living at home.
• Build meaningful relationships with your clients, their carers and families.
• Liaise with service providers and healthcare teams to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
• Travel independently to client’s homes.
• Be actively involved in business marketing strategies, particularly within your area of interest.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm to share your knowledge and expertise with your clients and your team.
• Ability to build excellent rapport with your clients and referrers to maintain a loyal caseload.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Experience of 2 or more years would be highly regarded.
