Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is expanding our 24/7/365 Mobile Crisis Team to better serve our community, and we're seeking a compassionate Full-Time Mobile Crisis Team Responder for Third Shift. Hourly rate for Mobile Crisis Team Responders = $20/Hour
Third Shift Differential = $1.00

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Respond to crisis phone calls, walk-ins on-site, and provide on-site risk assessments within Vanderburgh County.
- Complete comprehensive risk assessment, consult with supervisor and/or psychiatrist on-call for recommendations.
- Provide follow-up and care coordination for clients served.
- Mobile Crisis Team will provide a presence on-site at a specialized crisis shelter to monitor, engage, and coordinate referrals for participants.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field of study required.
- Experience working with mental health, addiction, and homeless population preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Commitment to improving access of mental health services in our community.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Candidates must obtain and maintain crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation training.
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
