Location: Onsite - 7501 Dr Martin Luther King Jr St N, St Petersburg, FL 33702

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance
• Enter patient demographics/insurance in system
• End of Day processing
• Greeting/Checking patients in/out
• Confirming appointments
• Answering phones
  • Taking messages
  • Processing calls
  • Assisting patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Working follow up tasks
• Correspondence- fax/mail/letters/forms
• Working Scheduling reports/quality reports
• Assist with referrals
• Any other tasks assigned from administration

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of Medical Receptionist, medical office experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
