• Digital Radiology
• Full in-house Idexx lab (CBC, Chemistry, Sedivue, Snap Pro)
• Ultrasound for diagnostics and procedures like cystocentesis
• Comprehensive dental services, including dental radiology

The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you will play a dual role:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to patients
• Leading the hospital's veterinary team through mentorship, medical oversight, and collaboration

You'll help shape the medical standards of the practice while fostering a culture of positivity and continuous improvement. This is an ideal role for a veterinarian with at least 3 years of clinical experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily medical operations and patient care
• Mentor and support associate veterinarians and clinical staff
• Lead with compassion and professionalism to promote a cohesive team environment
• Support recruitment and retention efforts
• Ensure hospital compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
• Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in Michigan - Active and Clear
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required
