Heart of Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to lead our clinical operations and help elevate the quality of care we provide to pets and their families in our vibrant Brooklyn community.

Your Role:
As Medical Director, you’ll lead by example both medically and managerially. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all clinical and patient care activities
Mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff
Driving medical quality and implementing best practices
Partnering with leadership to achieve operational goals
Building clinic reputation through community engagement
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent; licensed to practice in New York
3+ years of clinical experience
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for mentorship, client education, and continuous improvement
What We Offer:
Competitive salary starting at $180K+ (commensurate with experience) and Production
Signing bonus up to $100K based on experience
