Position Summary:
We are looking for a professional, licensed Massage Therapist to join our spa team. In this role, you will provide relaxing and therapeutic massage services in a serene, client-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments that promote wellness, reduce stress, and enhance the overall spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, aromatherapy, and more.
Conduct brief client consultations to determine needs, preferences, and any medical concerns.
Customize each massage to the client’s needs, ensuring a safe and effective treatment.
Maintain a relaxing and clean treatment room, including proper sanitization between clients.
Recommend spa products and at-home care techniques to support continued wellness.
Collaborate with the front desk and other spa staff to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow.
Uphold spa standards for customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness.
Adhere to all local and state regulations related to massage therapy and hygiene practices.
Qualifications:
Completion of a certified massage therapy program.
Current and valid state massage therapy license.
Prior experience in a spa environment preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical stamina to perform multiple massages per shift.
