Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Apply external manipulations to stimulate circulation, reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation.
2. Organize room and supplies prior to services and sanitizes room at completion of services.
3. Must possess knowledge of and ability to effectively apply techniques and procedures related to massage therapy. Adheres to all health and safety precautions.
4. Promote the sale of salon/spa products and services.
5. Maintain professional proficiency in state-of-the-art techniques, procedures, equipment and all phases of the massage process.
6. Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
8. Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
9. Must adhere to Seneca Gaming Corporation Policies and Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Must possess a current NY state license in massage therapy. Maintain license during employment, responsible for renewal of license.
4. Possess well-developed customer service techniques and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients.
