Multi Line New Car Dealership is looking for a General Manager, General Sales Manager , Internet Managers, F & I Managers
Multiple Positions!
-Must Have Car Dealership Experience
-Must live within reasonable distance of dealership around the Labelle area.
The Managers are responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments. Oversees the staffing of the company, hiring and training new employees. Sets sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements. Actively supports, encourages, and motivates managers daily to maintain high morale. The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration.

The Managers sets the foundation by shaping the work environment, setting strategy, allocating resources, developing managers, building the organization, and overseeing operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the dealership and ensure sustainability of dealership profitability
Strategize with sales managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages
Be ethical and transparent in leading all operations
Ability to attract, develop and maintain key talent through exceptional leadership skills.
Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture
Manage department managers through coaching and guidance practices
Coordinate with the business office to ensure records and analysis are accurate

Requirements
3 years of automotive sales management experience, required
Possess 3 years or more of dealership general manager experience with a proven track record, required
Have a working knowledge of automotive systems such as: DealerSocket, Automate, preferred
Ability to manage and lead people
Lead with outstanding customer service
Create and promote a safe and positive working climate for employees to excel
CDJR experience would be a plus
